This Hydraulic Dumper was used for transferring 4,000 pounds of powdered chemicals from a stainless steel tote bin that is 42” wide x 48” long x 58” high and loaded via forklift truck. The dumping height is 5’-10” high and the skip rotates a total of 180° to provide to completely invert the container. The skip platform is equipped with a lift to raise the container and clamp it into a dust hood that is equipped with an air operated butterfly valve and extendable sleeve to seal the product flow from atmosphere. The dumper is completely fabricated from T304 stainless steel.
