This Hydraulic Dumper was used for transferring 6,500 pounds of chopped fiberglass. It handles cardboard and metal boxes ranging from 34” wide x 34” wide x 45” high to 60” wide x 60” long x 60” high and loaded via forklift truck. The dumping height is 9’-10” high and the skip rotates a total of 150° to provide a dumping angle of 60°. The skip platform is equipped with a lift to raise the container and clamp it into a unique bar grid designed to retain the bag liner in each container. The dumper has a manually operated and interlocked access door for routine maintenance with safety enclosure. The loading point is protected by a light curtain so the operator would not have to leave his forklift truck.
